The combination of ancient architecture and contemporary style creates an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity, where modernity has been designed to underline the beauty of the historic building.
To ensure the ecolodges' energy independence, a self-consuming photovoltaic roof has been installed on the former farm building, which complements the main building of the estate. To reduce our environmental impact, we opted for natural materials for the renovation of the château. All roofs, walls and floors have been insulated with high-performance, environmentally-friendly materials to ensure optimum thermal comfort and well-being. All our lighting fixtures are fitted with low-energy LED lamps, and we favor motion-sensor lighting in less-frequented areas of the Château. Outside, we have opted for solar-powered lighting. We have set up a consumption dashboard with weekly and monthly measurements, and water reducers on all taps. Our household appliances are selected on the basis of their energy efficiency.
